We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. We encourage families to use our learning resources consistently for at least 14 days before considering a return, as meaningful progress often comes with regular practice and repetition.
If, after 14 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee period by contacting us at SupportAtTheLearningNook@protonmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment, and we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to help ensure they arrive safely.
An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken upon delivery. Minor damage to external packaging, such as dents, scuffs, or other cosmetic shipping wear that does not affect the product itself, is not considered product damage.

Please include clear photographs showing the damage. Our team will review the information and determine whether you qualify for a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage resulting from normal use, wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or other shipping-related disruptions.
While we will do our best to assist, The Learning Nook cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly for the most current information regarding their package.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
If an incorrect address is provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may be unable to update the address before shipment.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
