Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is lost or stolen during transit.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement order depending on the circumstances of the case.
